Ruins

Perched high on a countryside clif, remain what was once a playground escape for one infamous Colombian drug lord. The estate's pool deck, overlooking deep valleys of the Andes mountains, seems untouched since the property was pillaged by angry civilians in search of valuables during Pablo Escobar's demise in the 1980's. It was left to decay under a layer of fern and rust, with occasional visits from stray vultures. After getting past the barbed wires, we explored the ruin, its demolished rooms, and the private bull ring adjacent to the estate. It was an overcast day and Anita was wearing all black, creating an eerie compliment to the abandoned set. The contrast of her fair skin and the green weeds was stark against the decaying stone and gray skies.
